HouseSittingAngels.com Conditions of Use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HouseSittingAngels.com, its associated companies, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, co-branders, and other partners, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including legal fees, due to or arising out of information you submit, receive, post to, or transmit through the site.
Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the site, you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form and (2) maintain and promptly update your data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or HouseSittingAngels.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, HouseSittingAngels.com has the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse any and all current or future use of the site (or any portion thereof)."

You expressly understand and agree that HouseSittingAngels.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages to property resulting from a House Sitting assignment, use, data or other intangible losses (even if HouseSittingAngels.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the site; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute services resulting from any, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the site; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the site; or (v) any other matter relating to the site or the content thereon, including without limitation any member content posted thereon. In no event will HouseSittingAngels.com be liable for any damages.
Member Conduct
The Service is provided to individuals only. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services except under a HouseSittingAngels.com affiliate agreement, is expressly prohibited.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:
Use the Service in connection with chain letters, junk messages, spamming or any Duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
Transmit through the Service unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
Transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or deleterious programs;
Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means;
or Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.
HomeOwner Terms
The site provides search results of registered Housesitters. HouseSittingAngels.com has no control over the information submitted by Housesitters, and you acknowledge and agree that HouseSittingAngels.com is not responsible for the content or information contained therein. HouseSittingAngels.com cannot and does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the content or information supplied by Housesitter members is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive.
By using the site to search for Housesitters or send messages to HouseSittingAngels.com Members (Home Owners or Housesitters) you agree and understand that HouseSittingAngels.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the site to obtain search results and/or send messages to other members.
